Mira had a lot of fun at camp. She especially enjoys and
appreciates the variety of activities. |

To our delight, the camp managed to satisfy all our 3 boys, aged
5-10. They were all happy, excited and looked forward to every
day with the wonderful warm counselors at CGI. |

Kids love it! My daughter has begged to return since the age of
four, she is now eleven, and remains excited every year. |

Camp Israel was such a great experience for my 5 year old! The
counselors
were outstanding and developed a very close relationship with
him. The programming was so diverse and fun. He cannot wait for

My daughter has attended all sorts of camps but the counselors
at Camp Gan Israel are outstanding. Their warmth and affection
for the kids makes it a very special experience. It is not just
a carefully-planned series of activities but a nurturing and
welcoming environment where she feels cherished.

CGI really introduced our son, who started at 2 1/2 years old,
to the camp experience. Now, at 4 years old, he really
distinguishes camp from pre-school, and refers to things like
bowling, making challah, and swimming at Buhr Park as things he
does with camp! And he loves when he runs into his counselors
around town! |

All of our 3 kids loved going to Camp Gan Israel every day! They
were there for the whole summer, and never seemed to get bored
from all the different activities-=-from the special trips to
swimming, and much more.
We are planning on sending them again next summer! (hope you are

My daughter came home every day excited to be Jewish. The staff
worked hard to ensure that every camper felt valued and special.
Gabrielle loved the activities, and I loved how Jewish values
and ethics were woven into the camp experience. |

One of the best things about Camp Gan Israel is their commitment
to make each child's experience a good one. One of my son's had
severe anxiety about one of the field trips. Instead of coaxing
or forcing him to go, they offered him another option for that
day. This type of flexibility and individualized attention, as
well as the amazing counselors they always attract, will keep me
coming back to Camp Gan Izzy. |

There are 2 things that set CGI apart and keep
us coming back: the flexibility in sheduling and the counselors'
genuine warmth and interest in our child's well-being. Sam is in
tears for days when CGI is over -- he misses it that much. |

What an incredible camp!! The program is so
well thought out with activities and field trips; the values
that are taught in such loving manner about charity, and
justice, and doing good in the world are things that are close
to our heart and our home. My highest praise, however, goes to
the incredible counselors who welcomed my son with love and
laughter to the CGI community. I truly cannot say enough about
the amazing staff who every day greeted the campers with such
joy. It's a great feeling to know that my son is in such a
wonderful, creative, fun, environment. He loved woodworking, he
loved photography, he loved cooking. Most of all, he loved the
counselors and want to go back this summer and I love CGI for
seeing my son so happy.

Camp Gan Israel gave my 3 1/2 year old
daughter the chance to explore her developing skills in a fun,
safe, and supportive environment. Under the guidance of caring,
committed counselors, she participated in all sorts of
activities, each of which was tied to a weekly theme that taught
her about an aspect of Judaism. She made many friendships which
strengthened both her social abilities and her sense of
identity, and throughout it all she had a wonderful time. We’re
both looking forward to camp next summer!

value about Camp Gan Israel is the staff of nurturing, positive
and capable counselors who are devoted to each and every child.
Camp Gan is a wonderful opportunity to develop our child's
Jewish identity, and the great variety of activities appeals to
all campers. |
