Pioneer Division
5th Grade Thru 7th Grade
Pioneers are cool! They deserve the royal treatment and they get it. Pioneers are in for a great surprise if think camp is just for the “little kids.”. Special activities such as hikes, trips, horseback riding and overnight trips, along with experienced, fun filled counselors make the Gan Israel Pioneer Division an unforgettable experience and the place to be this summer.
CIT
Counselors In Training
As kids grow, so does their ability for self-discovery, adventure, bonding with peers, and appreciating group dynamics. C.I.T. Program offers leadership training to our budding leaders for campers entering 8th grade. The C.I.T. program enjoys all that Gan Izzy has to offer. These developing leaders are privileged to assist in camp programming for special activities, and are looked up to as leaders in our camp community. They gain leadership experience and learn teamwork skills.
